The GTU codes and information on the use of MPP (fields marked with *) indicated in this overview shall not constitute an applicable interpretation of the provisions and shall not be binding towards the Buyer who is obliged to determine them correctly for tax purposes. AMTRA indicates that including the GTU codes and information referring to the use of the MPP method in this document is purely for informative purposes and shall not relief the Buyer from the obligation to verify them, and AMTRA shall not be liable towards the Buyer for using the above mentioned information for tax purposes.
